Notice on Write-Downs Recorded in Respect of the Financial Year 2025
The Management Board of Zortrax S.A., with its registered seat in Warsaw
_the "Company"_, hereby announces that on 29 May 2026 it resolved to
recognize two impairment write-downs relating to the financial year 2025.
The first write-down concerns prepaid expenses _accrued expenses_
related to research and development projects initiated _but not
completed_ by the Company's previous management board, concerning
devices under the working names "INKSPIRE XL" and "INKSPIRE INDUSTRIAL",
in the total amount of PLN 1,597,376.20.
In addition, the write-down covers a portion of the Company's inventory
in the amount of PLN 2,027,618.80.
The above write-downs will be reflected in the Company's financial
statements for the financial year 2025, the publication of which is
scheduled for 1 June 2026.
The above event is of a one-off and non-cash nature. In the opinion of
the Management Board, the recognition of the aforementioned write-downs
does not affect the Company's liquidity or operational position;
however, it is necessary due to deficiencies in this area attributable
to the previous management board.
The Management Board has deemed it appropriate to disclose the above
information as inside information, given its impact on the Company's
financial position and assets, as well as its potential effect on the
valuation of the Company's financial instruments listed in the
alternative trading system.
