The Management Board of MBF Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw _the "Issuer", the "Company"_, with reference to Current Report No. 35/2026 of 3 June 2026 concerning the conclusion of a consortium and project cooperation agreement with a technology partner from Ukraine, hereby announces the completion of work and the submission of a complete application to the "Sentinel Strike Challenge" programme organised by the European Defence Agency _EDA_ as part of the Hub for European Defence Innovation _HEDI_ initiative. The Issuer's participation enables the project to be carried out within the framework of a consortium comprising an entity from a European Union Member State The application was prepared by a consortium in which the Issuer acts as Lead Applicant and the entity responsible for coordinating the application process, preparing formal and organisational documentation, and representing the project before the European Defence Agency. The technology partner is responsible for providing the technology, technical documentation and data necessary to carry out the solution evaluation process. The subject of the application is the X-35 loitering munition system - an advanced VTOL _Vertical Take-Off and Landing_ solution designed for reconnaissance missions and precision engagement of targets at ranges of 30 to 90 kilometres. The system utilises, amongst other things, autonomous flight functions, jamming-resistant communication and data transmission systems, the ability to operate in environments with limited GPS signal access, and automatic target guidance functions during the final phase of the mission. The solution is currently at Technology Readiness Level _TRL_ 8, which signifies the completion of major development work and the conduct of testing and validation under conditions similar to operational ones. The Issuer's role includes coordinating the consortium's activities vis--vis the European Defence Agency, preparing and managing the application process, and representing the project before European institutions. MBF Group S.A. is also responsible for establishing an international cooperation framework enabling the X-35 system to participate in European defence technology support programmes, identifying sources of funding, and developing potential commercialisation and implementation pathways in the markets of European Union and NATO member states. The Sentinel Strike Challenge programme is implemented in a two-stage format, and the total funding pool allocated to participants amounts to approximately 2 million, of which around 200,000 is allocated to the first stage and up to approximately 1.8 million to the second stage for systems selected for further development. Submission of the application marks the formal commencement of the solution's evaluation process by the European Defence Agency and the completion of the first stage of cooperation as provided for in the consortium agreement. At the same time, the Company's Management Board announces that, should the system receive a positive evaluation and be selected for further development stages, it will be possible to apply for participation in subsequent European and NATO programmes supporting the development of defence technologies, including the European Defence Fund _EDF_ and the NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic _DIANA_. The EDF has a budget exceeding EUR 8 billion for the 2021-2027 financial period, whilst NATO DIANA supports the development of breakthrough dual-use technologies through acceleration, grant and testing programmes implemented within the Alliance's member states. As at the date of publication of this report, no decision has been made regarding the system's eligibility for subsequent stages of the programme or the award of funding. In the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, the submission of the application constitutes a significant milestone in the implementation of the Company's business development strategy in the defence technology and unmanned combat systems sector. At the same time, this is the first formal submission of the system by the Issuer to a programme run by the European Defence Agency, opening up the possibility of further participation in European research and development initiatives, defence technology funding programmes, and the development of the Company's international expertise in the field of advanced unmanned systems. The Issuer's Management Board has classified the information regarding the submission of the application as confidential within the meaning of Article 7 of the MAR Regulation, given the significance of the project for the implementation of the Company's development strategy, the possibility of obtaining funding from European sources, the potential impact on the Issuer's future operational and economic situation, and the formal commencement of the system evaluation process by the European Defence Agency.
