Agreement on the pricing policy for the IRYDA+ X1 and securing the first potential overseas customers The Management Board of MBF Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw _"the Issuer"_, with reference to ESPI reports No. 28/2026 of 14 May 2026, No. 29/2026 of 16 May 2026 and No. 30/2026 of 19 May 2026 concerning the development of the IRYDA+ X1 project carried out jointly with Shark Aviation, hereby announces that it has received information from its technology partner, Shark Aviation Dynamics Sp. z o.o. _in the process of incorporation_, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shark Aviation based in Konya _Turkey_, regarding the joint completion of work on the pricing policy for the IRYDA+ X1 system and the commencement of tendering and commercialisation activities in selected foreign markets. In accordance with the arrangements, the basic IRYDA+ X1 kit comprises two unmanned aerial vehicles _UAVs_, a control tablet and system equipment. The agreed pricing policy sets the price at USD 35,000 _thirty-five thousand US dollars_ per kit for orders of 1 to 10 kits, USD 30,000 _thirty thousand US dollars_ per set for orders of 10 to 30 sets, and USD 25,000 _twenty-five thousand US dollars_ per set for orders of 30 to 50 sets. In addition, extended video transmission options are provided for, enhancing the system's operational capabilities. At the same time, the technology partner informed the Issuer that it had received a declaration from an entity based in the Arab Republic of Egypt regarding the purchase of an initial test batch comprising 20 units of the IRYDA+ X1 system. Depending on the final agreed configuration and pricing policy, the estimated value of the potential first transaction may range from approximately USD 250,000 _two hundred and fifty thousand US dollars_ to approximately USD 350,000 _three hundred and fifty thousand US dollars_. Further processing of the potential order will take place following a presentation and operational demonstration of the system, as well as the agreement of detailed technical and commercial terms. At the same time, the Issuer's Management Board announces that, independently of the activities carried out by the technology partner, it has secured a potential customer operating in the state sector in Ukraine. According to the information received, the decision regarding the further processing of the project will depend on the presentation and demonstration of the system in Ukraine, currently planned for August-September 2026. At this stage, the final size of the potential order has not been determined; however, the ongoing discussions concern a volume of no less than 100 _one hundred_ IRYDA+ X1 system sets. In the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, the above information constitutes a significant step in the commercialisation process of the IRYDA+ X1 project and confirms the project's transition from the technological development phase to the phase of active marketing on international markets. The Issuer will provide further information regarding the development of the IRYDA+ X1 project, progress in the commercialisation process, orders, sales agreements entered into and other events that may have a material impact on the Company's situation through the appropriate information channels, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the MAR Regulation and capital market regulations. The Management Board has deemed the above information to be material due to its potential impact on the further development of the IRYDA+ X1 project, its commercialisation process, and the possible assessment of the Issuer's development prospects by capital market participants.
