Title: Signing of the EPC _Engineering - Procurement - Construction_
contract - information update.
The Management Board of Corey Europe S.A. with its registered office in
Warsaw [hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Issuer"], with
reference to the current report of ESPI No. 6/2026 of May 7, 2026,
entitled "Signing of the EPC _Engineering - Procurement - Construction_
contract and the information contained therein on the signing of an
agreement with BESS GREEN 1 Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in
Wrocław _hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party"_ on May 5,
2026, under which the Issuer acts as the contractor _hereinafter
referred to as the "Agreement"_ in the EPC _Engineering - Procurement -
Construction_ - "turnkey" model and receipt of an advance payment from
the Ordering Party, hereby informs that in accordance with the payment
schedule agreed by the Parties, the Company received transfers in EUR
equivalent to USD 174,900 net on June 8, 9, and 10, 2026. The payment is
a 30% advance payment for the BESS delivery described in the
aforementioned report, worth USD 583,000 net _0% VAT_. Therefore, the
Ordering Party paid the full amount of the advance payment agreed by the
Parties.
The Issuer's Management Board is providing this information due to the
fact that the conclusion of the above-mentioned agreement may have an
impact on the Issuer's financial results, which meets the requirements
of Article 17 section 1 of MAR.
