The Management Board of Farmy Fotowoltaiki Polska S.A., with its
registered office in Katowice ["Company", "Issuer"], hereby announces
that on 17 June 2026 it received information regarding the issuance, to
the Issuer's subsidiary Elektrownia Słoneczna 83 Sp. z o.o., with its
registered office in Katowice ["Subsidiary"], of an environmental
conditions decision for the project entitled "Construction of an energy
storage facility with a capacity of up to 200 MW, together with
associated technical infrastructure", on a property located in the
Subcarpathian Voivodeship.
The decision in question establishes that no environmental impact
assessment is required and sets out the conditions for the
implementation of the investment, which do not deviate from the standard
conditions applicable to projects of this type. The obtaining of this
decision constitutes a significant milestone in the investment
preparation process and enables the continuation of administrative
procedures and further actions aimed at the execution of the project.
The above information has been classified as inside information, given
its potential impact on the financial and business position of the
Issuer.
