The Management Board of Farmy Fotowoltaiki Polska S.A. with its
registered office in Katowice ["Company", "Issuer"] hereby announces
that it has received information regarding the conclusion of a
preferential loan agreement dated 26 June 2026 ["Agreement"] between the
Issuer's subsidiary, Farma F13 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in
Katowice ["Subsidiary"], and Lubelska Fundacja Rozwoju with its
registered office in Lublin ["Lender"].
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Lender has granted the Subsidiary a
preferential loan in the amount of PLN 1,890,000.00 for the purpose of
financing the construction of a photovoltaic installation for the
generation of electricity from renewable energy sources with a capacity
of 1 MW, together with grid connection infrastructure, located in the
town of Dębowiec. The loan bears interest at a fixed preferential rate
of 1% per annum and has been granted for the period from 26 June 2026 to
25 June 2036.
The loan is granted under the Financial Instrument - Loan for Renewable
Energy Sources for SMEs within the project of the Programme European
Funds for Podkarpacie 2021-2027 and constitutes investment aid for the
promotion of energy from renewable sources. The amount of investment aid
is PLN 630,217.34.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement do not deviate from
market standards applicable to this type of agreement. The conclusion of
the Agreement constitutes a material event from the perspective of the
implementation of the Company's development strategy and has an impact
on its current and future financial position.
