The Management Board of MBF Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw _"the Issuer", "the Company"_ announces that, with reference to ESPI Current Report No. 29/2026 dated 4 May 2026 concerning the conclusion of an operating agreement with Shark Aviation and the setting of dates for official presentations of the IRYDA+ X1 platform, the Company is updating the information regarding the schedule. Today, the project's technology partner - Shark Aviation Danmanlk Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. ti., with its registered office in Seluklu _Konya, Republic of Turkey_ - provided an assessment stating that the IRYDA+ X1 platform has reached a level of technological maturity corresponding to TRL 7 _Technology Readiness Level_. This means that the system has successfully passed preliminary flight tests, demonstrated stable flight performance under test conditions, and confirmed its ability to carry out the intended mission functions. A prototype of the system was demonstrated in a representative operational environment. In the course of ongoing development work, the possibility has been identified to extend the platform's functionality with additional technical solutions that were not included in the original scope of work, including, amongst others, functionalities related to the precise identification of attack/impact points _precision strikes_. The project partners have concluded that integrating and verifying these solutions prior to the official presentation will enable them to showcase a more complete and advanced configuration of the system. Consequently, by mutual agreement between the parties, the date of the official presentation of the IRYDA+ X1 platform has been postponed by approximately two weeks - to the first half of July 2026. This postponement is for objective reasons and stems solely from the desire to present, at the launch, a version of the platform with the highest possible level of technological and functional sophistication. It is not related to any technical issues or changes to the project's objectives. The company also announces that the organisation of presentations and technology demonstrations across Poland will commence immediately after the first demonstration kits have been imported into the country, in accordance with the existing schedule and the organisational capabilities of the institutions and services concerned. A further objective of the project remains the achievement of TRL 8, which involves further qualification of the system and preparation for the next stages of its development. This information is published in accordance with the obligation to update previous market announcements and to provide investors and institutional partners with a transparent and up-to-date overview of the progress of work on the IRYDA+ X1 platform.
