The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its
registered office in Warsaw _the "Company"_, hereby announces that today
it received confirmation from the publisher, Slitherine Software UK
Ltd., that the full version of the game titled Nightmare Frontier for PC
will be released on July 22, 2026. The release will take place on the
Steam platform. At the same time, due to the launch of the full version
of the game, the Company will discontinue its distribution under the
Early Access model.
The Management Board of Company reminds that
Nightmare Frontier was originally released in Early Access on the Steam
platform, with its initial launch taking place on June 16, 2025 _ESPI
Report No. 11/2025 dated June 5, 2025_. On October 24, 2025, the Company
entered into a publishing services agreement with Slitherine Software UK
Ltd., pursuant to which the Company is responsible for the continued
development and support of the game, while the Slitherine Software UK
Ltd. covers the costs of completing its development and marketing
activities, and is also responsible for the global marketing and
distribution of Nightmare Frontier.
The Management Board of Company further notes that
the intellectual property rights _IP_ to the game are owned by the
Company. In accordance with the amendment to the publishing agreement
executed on May 28, 2026 _ESPI Report No. 4/2026 dated May 28, 2026_,
the Company is also developing console versions of the game.
