Management Board of Eco5tech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw
_"Company", "Issuer"_ hereby announces the conclusion, on 21 July 2026,
of an agreement with the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology
_Politechnika Bydgoska im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich_ in Bydgoszcz.The
subject of the agreement is the execution of construction works under
the task entitled Reconstruction of the ground floor of Building E for
the needs of the Faculty of Medicine in order to establish a Medical
Simulation Center - Fordon campus, 7 Kaliskiego Street.
The
scope of the order covers the reconstruction of the ground floor of
Building E, resulting from the need to adapt the facility to the
applicable technical and functional requirements and to establish the
Medical Simulation Center. The scope of works includes changing the
functional layout of the designated rooms together with adapting the
technical infrastructure to the needs of the User and the requirements
of the Ordering Party. As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged to
carry out construction works in accordance with the design
documentation, in particular the executive designs for the
architectural, structural, sanitary, electrical, and teletechnical
disciplines, as well as taking into account applicable regulations,
standards, and the visual identification standards of the Bydgoszcz
University of Science and Technology _Politechnika Bydgoska im. Jana i
Jędrzeja Śniadeckich_ in Bydgoszcz. The
value of the agreement amounts to PLN 9.212.700,00 gross.
The deadline for performance of the subject of the agreement is 12
months from the date of signing the agreement.
In the Issuer's assessment, the conclusion of the agreement in question
may have a material impact on the Company's development prospects and on
the shaping of the Company's financial situation.
