The Management Board of MBF Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw _the "Issuer", the "Company"_, announces that it has received a preliminary order from an Asian client for 10 complete sets of the IRYDA+ X1 unmanned system. This preliminary order forms the basis for further discussions and negotiations between the parties, the next stage of which will be a meeting at the MSPO 2026 International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce. The parties intend to agree the terms of the final contract concerning the delivery of the first batch of 10 systems, as well as the detailed technical, organisational and commercial conditions relating to the fulfilment of the order. According to the current final technical documentation, a standard IRYDA+ X1 kit comprises one IRYDA+ X1 unmanned aerial vehicle, one Ground Control Station _GCS_, one telemetry communication module, two telemetry antennas, mission planning software, one operational battery, one battery charger, one transport case and operational documentation. This configuration comprises the basic equipment required to set up the system and conduct standard operations using a single unmanned platform. Consequently, the initial order for 10 kits comprises 10 IRYDA+ X1 unmanned platforms, together with the basic operational equipment assigned to each kit. The standard kit configuration does not include, in particular, spare parts, additional service and maintenance equipment, specialist tools, training services, training platforms, optional equipment modules and payloads, extended logistical support packages, or kits intended for periodic maintenance. The scope of these elements, as well as the terms and conditions for personnel training, servicing, technical support and ongoing operational maintenance of the systems, will be the subject of discussions and negotiations with the contractor during MSPO 2026. The price of a single complete set has been provisionally set, in accordance with the Issuer's current tender terms for an order of this size, at approximately 22,000 USD _in words: twenty-two thousand US dollars_, which, at the current exchange rate, corresponds to approximately PLN 82,200 _in words: eighty-two thousand two hundred zlotys_. Consequently, the indicative value of the preliminary order comprising 10 sets is approximately USD 220,000 _in words: two hundred and twenty thousand US dollars_, which corresponds to approximately PLN 822,000 _in words: eight hundred and twenty-two thousand zlotys_. During the discussions planned for MSPO 2026, the parties also intend to discuss the organisational and production capabilities associated with a possible expansion of the scope of cooperation in the future. Any further orders and the expansion of production capacity will depend, in particular, on the contractor's assessment of the first batch of 10 sets, its future requirements, and the outcome of separate agreements between the parties. At this stage, no binding decisions have been made regarding further orders or an increase in production capacity. At this stage, the Issuer identifies the buyer as an entity from Asia. Given the nature of its business, the specific characteristics of the defence sector and the confidentiality rules applicable to this type of transaction, the extent to which the counterparty's details may be disclosed will depend on the applicable regulations, the terms of the agreement and the arrangements made between the parties. The Issuer emphasises that the preliminary order received does not constitute the conclusion of a sales contract, nor does it guarantee that the transaction will be carried out on the terms described above. The final scope of delivery, the implementation schedule, payment terms, additional equipment, the scope of ancillary services and other terms of cooperation will be determined in the course of further negotiations and in the final contract. The Issuer will provide information on the conclusion of the final contract or on the occurrence of other material circumstances relating to the fulfilment of the order in question in accordance with the disclosure obligations applicable to a public company. The Issuer's Management Board has decided to publish this information due to the fact that the receipt of a preliminary order for the first batch of 10 complete IRYDA+ X1 sets constitutes a significant stage in the commercialisation process of this system and may be of importance for the further development of the Issuer's operations in the unmanned and defence technology sector, and, should the final contract be concluded and properly performed, also for the Company's future economic and financial position.
