Execution of a partnership agreement with Centrum Szkolenia Sytuacyjnego
P.S.A. within the framework of Bieszczady Tactical Dark Expo 2026
The Management Board of Sunway Network S.A., with its registered
office in Warsaw _the "Company"_, hereby announces that on 19 August
2026 it entered into an operational partnership agreement with Centrum
Szkolenia Sytuacyjnego P.S.A., based in Rzeszów, concerning cooperation
within the framework of the Bieszczady Tactical Dark Expo 2026 _BTDE
2026_ event.
Under the agreement, Sunway Network S.A. was granted the status of
an Official Partner of the event within the Sunway Network Individual
Gold package. BTDE 2026 will take place on 22-24 October 2026 at the AMW
Rewita Solina Operational Base and adjacent training areas.
As part of the cooperation, the Company will present its
technological solutions, in particular tactical Augmented Reality _AR_
goggles and shooting simulation systems. The agreement provides the
Company with a dedicated exhibition area and an operational
demonstration zone intended for presentation and practical use of Sunway
Network's simulation systems during the event.An
important element of the cooperation will be the opportunity to conduct
operational tests of the Company's technologies in an environment
similar to real tactical applications, including activities carried out
under limited-light conditions _Zero Lux_. Sunway Network's solutions
will also be included in the official event agenda, including AR goggles
testing sessions and a shooting tournament using the Company's
simulation systems.
The Management Board of Sunway Network S.A. believes that the
concluded agreement represents an important step in strengthening the
Company's position as a provider of advanced dual-use technologies for
the defence sector and uniformed services. Direct access to operational
communities, the opportunity to demonstrate technologies in field
conditions, and the ability to obtain feedback from end users may
support further product development and commercialisation processes.
Furthermore, the parties have declared their intention to
establish long-term commercial and strategic cooperation, under which
Centrum Szkolenia Sytuacyjnego P.S.A. may act as a distribution partner
and system integrator for Sunway Network products, including tactical AR
goggles and shooting simulation systems, in procurement procedures and
implementation projects addressed to the Polish Armed Forces, uniformed
services and entities operating within the defence sector. Detailed
commercial cooperation principles are planned to be specified in a
separate distribution agreement.
The Management Board considers the execution of the above
agreement to be another step in implementing Sunway Network S.A.'s
development strategy, focused on the creation of proprietary defence
technologies, expansion of the partner network, and international
commercialisation of the Company's products.

Centrum Szkolenia Sytuacyjnego P.S.A., based in Rzeszów, is an
entity operating in the field of organisation and implementation of
specialised training activities, operational initiatives and events
related to the security and defence sectors. Within BTDE 2026, the
organisation is responsible for preparing a closed defence-oriented
event combining technology demonstrations, operational presentations,
industry networking and practical training elements.
