Launch of the New TRIGLAV BOX Product
The Management Board of Sunway Network S.A., with its registered
office in Warsaw {the "Issuer" or the "Company"}, hereby announces that,
as of 1 September 2026, the Company is launching a new product under the
name TRIGLAV BOX.
The product has been developed in response to the needs of the
shooting-sports promotion programme addressed to local government units,
following the launch by the Polish Ministry of National Defence of the
"Shooting Range in Every County 2026" Call for Proposals No. 6/2026/CWCR.
TRIGLAV BOX is a training solution comprising laser simulators of
handguns and long guns, as well as TRIGLAV BOX electronic laser targets.
The targets may operate as standalone training devices, work in
conjunction with the TRIGLAV VSR virtual shooting rangeextending its
functionality to include a 360-degree training zoneor be controlled via
a mobile application.
As part of the sales campaign accompanying the launch of the new
product, the Company has established a free-of-charge contact point for
interested entities, particularly local government units.
Detailed information concerning TRIGLAV BOX and the related sales
campaign will be published on 1 September 2026 on the Company's website
under the "GRANTS" section.
The Issuer's Management Board considers the launch of TRIGLAV BOX
to constitute material information due to the potential expansion of the
Company's product portfolio, its ability to reach new customer groups,
and the possible impact of sales of the new solution on the Issuer's
future financial results.
