The
Management Board of Eco5tech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw
_"Company", "Issuer"_ hereby announces the conclusion, on 16 September
2026, of an agreement with Public Transport Service Sp. z o.o., based in
Paterek.
The
subject of the agreement is:
a_
the preparation by the Contractor of
multi-discipline design documentation for the project entitled:
"Execution of thermal modernization, heating and ventilation works -
rail vehicle service hall in Paterek", including in particular the
preparation of a property inventory necessary to initiate the
construction process, development of the architectural-construction
design and technical documentation, and obtaining the necessary
approvals, opinions, permits and decisions;
b_
the supply of a license for an epidemiological
risk analysis and building environmental condition monitoring system.
The
value of the agreement amounts to PLN 1 574 400,00 gross.
The deadline for performance of the subject of the agreement is 245
days.
In the Issuer's assessment, the conclusion of the agreement in question
may have a material impact on the Company's development prospects and on
the shaping of the Company's financial situation.
