The Management Board of Farmy Fotowoltaiki Polska S.A. with
its registered office in Katowice [the "Company", the
"Issuer"] hereby announces that it has obtained information on the
conclusion of a preferential loan agreement dated October 27, 2026
[the "Agreement"] between a subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e., Farma
F5 Sp. z
o.o. with
its registered office in Katowice [the "Subsidiary"], and
Lubelska Fundacja Rozwoju with its registered office in Lublin [the
"Lender"].
Under the concluded Agreement, the
Lender has granted the Subsidiary a preferential loan in the amount of
PLN 1,890,000.00 earmarked for financing the construction of a
photovoltaic installation for the generation of electricity from
renewable energy sources with a capacity of 1 MW, together
with grid connections, located
in Łubno. The
loan bears interest at a fixed preferential rate of 1% per annum and has
been granted for the period from October 27, 2026, to
October 26, 2036.
The loan has been granted under the Financial Instrument -
Renewable Energy Sources Loan for SMEs within the framework of the
European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021-2027 Program and constitutes
investment aid for the promotion of energy from renewable sources. The
amount of the investment aid is PLN 724,219.38.
The remaining terms of the Agreement do not deviate from market
standards applied to this type of agreements. The
conclusion of the Agreement constitutes a significant event from the
perspective of the implementation of the Company's development strategy
and affects its current and future financial situation.
