Conclusion
of a significant agreement by a subsidiary
The
Management Board of Eco5tech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw
_the "Company", the "Issuer"_, with reference to separate periodic EBI
report No. 03/2026, in which the Issuer announced the establishment of
its subsidiary YourBIM S.A., hereby announces that on 27 October 2026
the Issuer's subsidiary - YourBIM S.A. with its registered office in
Warsaw _"YourBIM"_ - concluded an agreement _the "Agreement"_ with
Voessing Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz.The
subject of the Agreement is the provision by YourBIM of Building
Information Modelling _BIM_ services and consulting services for the
contract entitled "Works on the cross-city line in Warsaw on the
Warszawa Wschodnia - Warszawa Zachodnia section, stage IIA".The
value of the Agreement is PLN 2,201,700.00 gross.
In
the Issuer's opinion, the conclusion of the Agreement may have a
significant impact on the development prospects of the Company's Group
and on the shaping of the Company's financial position.
