Registration of an Alternative Investment Company in the National Court
Register _KRS_
The Management Board of BTCS S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw
_the "Issuer"_, with reference to Current Report No. 30/2026 dated 23
October 2026, announces that on 29 October 2026, the National Court
Register _KRS_ registered an alternative investment company operating
under the name INAVIA sp. z o.o. Digital Assets Alternatywna Spółka
Inwestycyjna spółka komandytowo-akcyjna _the "ASI"_, under KRS number
0001273005.
The ASI was established by INAVIA sp. z o.o., a wholly-owned subsidiary
of the Issuer, which acts as the manager of the ASI.
The Issuer is currently awaiting the registration of the new ASI in the
register maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority _KNF_.
The Issuer will disclose further material developments regarding the
ASI's operations in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Issuer's Management Board has classified the above information as
inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the Market Abuse
Regulation _MAR_, given its significance for the implementation of the
Company's growth strategy and its entry into a new business segment.
