Obtaining access to the EIB system
The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical, Inc. (“the Issuer") reports that, on the basis of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decision of November 12, 2013, it has obtained access to EIB system for transmitting current and periodical reports. Therefore as of November 13, 2013 the Issuer starts current and periodical reporting via the EIB system. Reports will be published in the English language.

Legal basis: § 10 of the Appendix to Resolution No 243/2013 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of 28 February 2013 concerning the rules of disclosing current and periodical information in the Alternative Trading System on NewConnect and Catalyst Markets, current and periodical information by issuers of Catalyst-authorised debt financial instruments and reports on compliance with corporate governance rules by listed companies.
