Signing agreement on prospectus preparation together with transmission of shares to Main Market of WSE

The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical, Inc. (“the Issuer") has signed agreement with Dom Maklerski WDM S.A., for the preparation of prospectus, which will enable the Issuer\'s admission and introduction of its shares to exchange trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE") Main List. Above agreement includes also the cooperation between the Issuer and Dom Maklerski WDM S.A. on procedure of transferring the Issuer\'s shares from New Connect Market to the Main List of WSE.
Provisions of described agreement doesn\'t differ from the standard market conditions used in this type of agreements.
The Board of Directors of the Issuer will inform about next steps of this process via current reports.
